We are pleased to welcome Cheryl Wiles, an expert in the field of leadership and talent development. With more than 25 years’ experience, Cheryl brings a unique blend of expertise in corporate leadership development, executive education, storytelling, and theatrical performance as a transformational leader. Cheryl will guide attendees through a series of dynamic group activities on how to apply the theories of leadership presence and storytelling to improve real life interactions with others and ensure your message has the greatest impact possible!

About the Facilitator
Cheryl Wiles is the President and Founder of The Polished Speaker, a communications coaching and training organization that works with companies and individuals seeking to improve their communication strategy and skills.
Cheryl guides professionals to speak and lead with emotional intelligence and leadership presence. Cheryl works regularly with some of the finest academic institutions and corporations as a teacher, facilitator, and coach. She brings a unique blend of experience in corporate leadership development, executive education, and theatrical performance to her work. Cheryl specializes in leadership communication, management development, personal and team transformation, employee engagement, culture building, and dynamic classroom and online facilitation.
Inspirational and deeply insightful, Cheryl goes beyond the quick fix and dives deep to the heart of objectives and intentions. She helps professionals develop authentic positions, messages, stories, and connections that lead to measurable improvements, creating momentum for personal empowerment and organizational success.
Cheryl is a senior consultant with the Professional Development Company in New York City, and is an instructor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education program. She is also a member of the faculty for the FDNY Officers Management Institute. Additional clients include Del Monte Foods, Takeda Pharmaceutical, NYC Housing Preservation and Development, and the Robin Hood Foundation.
Her corporate experience includes thirteen years in Talent Development and Organizational Development, designing and implementing large scale strategic initiatives for a Fortune 500 Company.
Cheryl has published several articles in the Harvard Communication Letter, and has performed in numerous off-Broadway productions in New York City. Her BA is from the State University at Albany, and her graduate work is from Antioch University New England.
