  And yet, standard corporate responses to workplace overwhelm—generic resilience webinars, and "take a mental health day" reminders—are failing to stem the tide of change fatigue. When shifting priorities, cognitive overload, and constant organizational noise remain unaddressed, telling people to simply "cope better" feels patronizing and ineffective. True stability doesn't come from pushing individual self-care onto exhausted teams; it comes from changing how leaders and teams hold space and operationalize focus when the environment is unstable.

  Most leadership sessions spend the first half getting people to open up. This one skips that:  attendees complete a short Leadership Snapshot before the session, then the group spends the rest of the time on what that Snapshot is actually telling them.

  By the end of this session, participants will have:

  ● Your three words, pressure tested against how you actually behave

  ● The pattern connecting your three moments, named out loud

  ● One specific thing to practice in your next hard leadership moment

  ● A repeatable reflection exercise you can run again on your own after the session

  
  

  Special Note:

  Before the session, each attendee completes a ten minute Leadership Snapshot: three words that describe how they lead, and the three moments behind each word.  Instructions will be in the confirmation email received after registering.

  Assessments don't usually get the credit they deserve. Well-designed assessments tell us what learners actually learned, how well they learned it, where they struggled, and how we can improve our courses - and they give the organization real information, not just a completion number.

  This session looks at the main types of assessment and what makes each one good, with the rationale and use case for each. We'll dig into practical strategies for making multiple-choice questions far better than they usually are, with real examples you can take back with you. Then we'll go past multiple choice altogether and look at valid, authentic assessment through scenarios, branching, case studies, and AI-powered roleplays.

Garima holds an MEd in Adult Ed and a CTDP designation, and regularly speaks at global conferences on AI in L&D, instructional design, and impactful digital learning.
