The ATD Greater Boston Chapter Special Interest Group on Learning Measurement Presents:

Data-Informed Learning: Delivering on the Promise of Measurement

September 30, 2020

2:00 PM to 3:15 PM

VIRTUAL EVENT - Link in registration email

Learning professionals want to be able to measure the effectiveness of their solutions and show the value of their work.  For many years, they have tried to utilize their LMS and survey tools to accomplish this, with poor results. Measurement frustration and apathy has led many learning professionals to abandon their efforts to gain credible data and show the impact of their work.

This session is for strategic learning professions who want to learn how learning programs create business outcomes and how those outcomes are being measured to improve learning results.  Participants will be introduced to a design data measurement model that has revolutionized learning measurement, provided trusted data, and elevated the professional learning practice. Instead of focusing on what you should measure, this session will show you how to measure. Join us to learn the foundations of the model and witness the results data from companies who have implemented the model in their organizations.
