VIRTUAL EVENT - Link in registration email

With war, inflation, a pandemic, and market fluctuations the world is more volatile with demands on businesses and employees unrelenting. In this environment, change often feels like it is happening to us rather than the result of a planned and well-coordinated effort.

Today’s challenge to support, manage, and accelerate change is non-stop. But how do we know whether the results of our efforts to change are successful?

Objectives

By attending the program, you will gain a better understanding of:

  • What does it mean to successfully drive organizational change?
  • Since change is both an art and science how do we measure change results?
  • What are some of the ways to understand the performance of our change management and training teams?
