TD GREATER BOSTON PRESENTS:

Grade the Work: Would Your Managers Trust the Same AI Assisted Work?

with

Keith Anderson

October 2, 2026

10:00 to 11:30 AM

Virtual event - link in registration email

AI can make a half‑formed idea look finished. The language may sound confident, but the polish doesn’t tell you whether the thinking adds value.

That leaves HR with the job of helping managers decide what to trust, what to verify, and what to send back.

In this live online workshop, you will evaluate three realistic pieces of AI-assisted work and compare your decisions with other HR leaders. Then you will grade them again using onepage standard. You will leave with that standard and a simple way to see where review practices across your organization are clear or inconsistent.

By the end of this session, participants will:

- A clearer way to distinguish polished AI output from work that has earned their trust.

- A practical standard for evaluating evidence, reasoning, fit for purpose, human accountability, and risk.

- A method for matching the level of review to the consequences of being wrong.

- Questions managers can use to explain what they checked and why they approved or returned the work.

- A self-assessment for finding where manager judgment varies across their company.
