Creating Effective Learning Strategies during Change and Transformation

with Anna Samorukova

Wednesday, April 10TH, 2019

Lighthouse Suites

50 Milk Street

Boston, MA 02110

6:00pm – 8:30pm

In response to driving forces that impact growth and profitability, organizations undertake a vast array of initiatives at speeds never seen before in all aspects of the business. This magnitude of changes puts learner engagement and learning outcomes at risk. At the same time, learning has a natural capacity to enable change, transformation and growth. How can we account for both in designing learning in the current environment?

In this session you will learn:

  • 2 key root causes of reduced learner engagement during change
  • Concepts of motivation, neuroscience and psychology to apply in developing learning strategies and design during change
  • Tools and methodologies to creating effective learning strategy and design that incorporate:

• modes and modalities of learning

• obstacles to learning during change

• impact of change and transformation

• support of change initiatives

We hope to see you on April 10th. Register Now!
