Learn ways to strengthening and developing Optimism.
Explore how to build Resilience as a competency to overcome change and challenges.
Build strength in GRIT as a competency that differentiates excellent from exceptional performance.

About the Presenter:

As a dynamic consultant, executive coach, and educator, Sarah Scala has over 20 years of experience in supporting organization development, leadership, coaching, talent management, learning design, team effectiveness, and change management for diverse client organizations. Sarah brings high energy, optimism, and adaptability to new challenges, and has led talent development initiatives for start-ups and Employee-Owned organizations to Fortune 100 companies, as a partner and trusted adviser. She supports US-based and global clients across cultures, generations, geographies, and diverse industries
