Join us for this year’s Learning Leader Panel and engage with leaders from four local companies as they discuss their organizations’ challenges and their innovative solutions.







Kevin Martin, our moderator, is the Chief Research Officer at i4cp, the leading research firm focused on discovering the people practices that drive high-performance. In his role, Kevin also advises the corporate and human resources leadership teams of many leading employers on best- and next-practices on topics that range from talent risk management and corporate culture, to human capital strategy and organizational agility. He also serves as executive sponsor of i4cp's distinguished Chief HR Officer Board.

Our 2020 panelists are:







Kevin Brady, Vice President, Talent Development & Employee Experience at Lifespan, is a Talent Management and Learning executive with a background in sales and business management that has served as a foundation for business-aligned talent development decisions.  His career focus is on enabling organizations to achieve outstanding business results by developing people, teams, organizations and culture.






Laurie Dermody, Director, Learning & Organization Development at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, works with business leaders to provide coaching, learning strategy, team effectiveness solutions, and leadership development programs that drive business goals. Laurie is passionate about helping leaders and teams achieve their goals through people focused methods and business-driven practices. 







Janice Mazzallo, former Chief Human Resources Officer at PeoplesBank, is currently President of Employee Engagement Plus, an executive consulting company that focuses on helping leaders achieve long term success and significantly improve their bottom line by making organizational culture part of their competitive advantage.  Janice has a passion for delivering customized strategic solutions that will engage the mind and hearts of employees to inspire them to achieve excellence.






Maurice Rondeau, Vice President of Learning & Development at WinnCompanies, has a diverse twenty+ year background in global learning and organizational development including an expatriate assignment in the United Kingdom. His multi-industry experience provides him with a solid understanding of the challenges that business leaders face in engaging and retaining talent.

We are excited to announce the launch of a new and prospective member on-boarding session 30 minutes before each learning event. The session will include information about our chapter, local and national membership options, and an opportunity to meet members of the board. Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made on or before fourteen calendar days before the scheduled event.
