ATD Greater Boston Presents:
Fierce Conversations

with Susan Scott

Wednesday, May 12, 2021

Virtual event - link in registration email

2:00pm – 3:00pm

The conversations we have with our colleagues, clients, bosses, families, and even ourselves, determine the success of our relationships, our teams and even our organizations. What conversations are your teams and organizations not having that are holding you back? And how do you start having those conversations? Make them fierce!

Join us for a discussion with Susan Scott on fierce conversations, what they are, what they are not and the impact that fierce conversations can have on your organization’s culture. Susan will highlight fierce conversation models that you can use to get to the heart of the matters your organization or team is grappling with. And because change can start at any level in an organization, she’ll share steps that you can take now, even in our challenging remote work environments, to change the conversations that you are having.

Accept the challenge to begin having real conversations that address the tough, uncomfortable questions you, your teams, and organization are avoiding. Join us for fierce conversations.
