The last two years have seen unprecedented uncertainty and new pressures put on businesses and the workforce. In many ways businesses have become more agile, while workers have become more fragile trying to balance health concerns, family concerns, remote education, financial uncertainty, while at the same time doing their jobs and advancing their careers. Now we find ourselves in the odd situation of having millions of workers just drop out of the workforce which is causing a talent shortage in all industries like we have never seen before. In this world of no normal, not only is onboarding and reboarding of employees mission critical, but so is a focus on upskilling and reskilling of your existing employees.

About Pamela Conway - Chief Learning Officer:

Pamela received a BA in English and History from Purdue University. Over the course of a 27-year career in Learning and Development, Pamela has worked as an instructional designer, technical writer, and eLearning developer. She helped build the foundation for Intellezy’s organizational change management consulting practice. She’s also a key architect behind Intellezy’s video training and quick reference card products. In her free time, Pam enjoys creative writing, reading, and traveling.
