With two decades of experience marketing healthcare technology startups, Jennifer became a certified executive coach and launched Back Bay Executive Coaching. Recognizing the need to enhance productivity in qualitative feedback processes, she conceived Leadership Reality Check to set a new standard for efficiency and excellence. Jennifer is also a Master Coach Supervisor at William James College for their Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program.
