Tobi has spent the last 20 years in Learning & Development roles in the financial industry, focusing on training management and LMS.

Tobi has her Agile HR Explorer certification through Just Leading Solutions.

Tobi resides southwest of Boston with her husband and 3-year-old micro goldendoodle. In her spare time, Tobi enjoys reading novels, hiking, cooking and baking.

2024 is Tobi’s first year as an ATD Greater Boston board member.
